Shipping PolicyAll orders undergo processing within 2-4 business days, with sale orders potentially requiring up to 7 business days. Please note that processing does not occur on weekends or holidays. We ship all orders via UPS flat rate shipping, and signatures are mandatory for all hair orders. The Vendor Source cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, our liability ceases. Should any issues arise with your package, please contact UPS directly.

Shipping, Refunds, & ExchangesPlease allow up to 7 business days from the time your order is placed for your order to be processed. We will do our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible. There will be no option for rush orders. Once your item has been processed your order will be shipped out via UPS and at that time the amount of time it takes for your order to be delivered will depend on what option you choose at checkout. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Gorgeousextensio is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any carrier delays. Please be advised that any incorrect billing and/or shipping information opted by the customer will cause delays. Gorgeousextensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not issue refunds or credits regarding these matters. In the event your package has been lost/stolen you will be responsible for reaching out to the shipping carrier. Tracking DetailsOnce you provide an email address at the time of purchase, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER DETAILS It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the address provided is correct. Due to our strict shipping schedule, we cannot accommodate address changes once an order is in process. Please double-check your address carefully, as we are not liable for any packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If your order is already being processed or has been shipped, we cannot alter the address. In such cases, we will have to wait to see if the package is returned to us before we can reprocess the shipment.

Order Cancellation & RefundsWe do not offer refunds nor cancellations. Please ensure your order is verified before placing your order. Please note all Gorgeousextensio items are nonrefundable. In the event an item becomes out of stock after you’ve placed your order you will be refunded for the missing items within your order. If you choose to cancel your entire order while your order is still processing we will make an exception and allow a cancellation. Please note you’ll be charged a 10% fee cancellation.

Exchange DetailsWe do not offer exchanges. Federal law prohibits the return of used human hair. Only Raw Beauty reserves the right to refuse any packages/returns at any time.

International Imports & Tax Duties DetailsGorgeousextensio will not cover any international fees associated with the delivery of your order. All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer does not pay the required duties, the order will be destroyed, and no refund will be provided.
